I agree with frank that I feel his trailers should be longer but I still believe it's a male

After he ate two tiger barb yesterday and killed another two , I noticed his color slightly changed , he has some stripes like barb now " maybe temporary " , REALLY ??!! the fish color change according to his victims ??
