I have noticed that sometimes my green terror's eyes become black all around and then a few minutes pass and they go back to normal.
Any idea what this is all about?

Nope. The lights had been on since around 9:30 AM and this was around 2 or 3 in the afternoon when I noticed it.
I notice that it seems to happen when he gets frenzied. When he settles down they go back to normal.
