Green terror question

So I recently purchased a green terror with white fins , the guy at the lfs told me the white would eventually turn green... Is this true? Because Google surely isn't giving me that information cut dry... Thanks !

Are the dorsal/caudal fin edges actually white, or are they a faded light orange? Most LFS Green Terrors have deteriorated in quality over the past 5-10 years due to fish farming/inbreeding. A lot of the low quality GT's you see today have very light orange banding; particularly on their caudal fins. If it is indeed a White Saum, consider yourself lucky. They are much more difficult to come by. Pictures would help.

Yes. I would be interested in white saum. Got a few of these previously that were definitely white n after a few weeks they turned orange.
