Green Terror sex question...part 2

So...in determining the sex of my approx 4 inch GT....I took these pics that show maybe a breeding tube? Is this an indication of it being a male or female?
Any help would be appreciated. I really don't want to stress the fish out by trying to vent him/her, and probably wouldn't know how to do it anyway.

A lot about this gt looks female to me. I'm also curious, was it pooping when you took this or does it always look this way?

Something looked "off" in the first pics and now close up I'm wondering if there is an issue here. I think it may have a parasite. Anyone else?

I see where you are coming from MrsE88 it does look like there may be or there was a previously issue like bloat. It does look enlarged, but I don't want to speculate to much as I lack experience with it
