My guess is "male". The thick orange edging on the tail fin is a definate male trait. The scales are a sharp irradecent green, another male trait. He has a very unusual "wv" marking along the lateral line. Never seen one like that.

Looks male to me. The bright shinyness in the fins leans me that way. Females this is dull and doesn't have the iridescent glow.
This is a female I had for a bit. See she still has the spots, but no shine to them.
