Green terror sick or being bullied?

I have a green terror who is either sick or being bullied. I have him separated from the others at the moment. I have never had a sick fish, other than one with Malawi bloat, so I have no idea what sickness it could possibly have. Anyways he is lethargic it looks like, a white splotch on his gills which looks like bite marks, and his gills are completely bitten up past his golden trim. Please help him

A small jaguar, jack dempsey and 8 tiger barbs

I figured just beat up, just didn't know stressed fish we're lethargic

The jag will kill everything in that tank. I would decide if you are going to keep the jag or the other fish.

He's going to get his own 90 gallon at some point in time, the others are going to a 120

I would make that move happen sooner than later, otherwise you might end up a bunch of beat up fish.
