My pair has been dancing around for the last couple of weeks and I came home to this tonight! Very exciting!

Hoping to raise a dozen or so, grow them til they're about an inch and then select a couple to keep and sell the rest.
I'm aware the market will be small, especially in NZ. So that's why I'm hoping to only raise a few.
The male ate some of the eggs but the rest have now hatched and the female has hidden them in this hole in a rock (can't see anything in the photo but I promise they're in there)
Im not sure what to do about flow, I have three high output pumps in the tank (two less than a foot from the fry and the other at the other end of the tank) I've turned them off so that the fry don't get blown around the tank. Is this necessary?
Also the tank also contains two oscars, a young Jack Dempsey and the male Green Terror. Will she be able to protect any of her babies or should I separate out as many as I can once they're free swimming?
