Fish are amazing but the plants and scape bring it to that next level. Imo the tank make the fish and nice versa. Some say that monster fish would get hurt or not have enough room to swim but this tank proves its possible if done correct, not to mention I'm sure the fish feel more comfortable!

×Go S. Vettel #1 Infiniti Redbull! 4x WDC!!! Congrats on another flawless title× <GET BETTER SCHUMI>

It is about three years since I got them.

This photos I made a while ago, and as you can see in photo I tried with different plants. Most of them I am not having in this tank anymore because with their slow growth they are unable to compete with GT's aggression - or they maybe could if I would place them on spot which GT's leave most of the time, but I did not want to plant them back every time GT's pull them out. But that does not mean tank is not as green as on photos - I only keep Valisneria Natans and moss in this tank now and Valisneria Natans covered the ground and in my opinion tank looks even better that way. GT's make their order time to time and pull few of them out and clear some ground areas, but Valisneria Natans is fast growing enough that can compete with their aggression even thought I don't plant them back when they pull them out. I will try to make more photos of current situation.
