okay ive got a green terror in a 30 gal hes a lil guy and im upgradeing him to a 90 and i was wondering whats a good tank mate for him and yes its male. o no flameing please im moveing him

You could go with a salvani, jack dempsey, another GT, a firemouth might work, convicts would work the best i think. You don't want to get anything too big because a GT gets pretty big.
I agree with getting a female. Introduce the female to the 90g first for a few days and add the male after. I would try and get her to breed while she is still small (4-5") so she will stay smaller too. The male will continue to grow regardless of breeding.
Keep the fry or sell them, or simply vacuum up the eggs when doing water changes. Either way, I think the male would appreciate sharing a tank with a female of the same species over any other fish species, male or female.

Maybe go with a Herichthys Bocourti? Very nice looking fish. Amphilophus Lyonsi would work well and these two I mentioned would give a diff look to the tank. Neither of them are too aggressive either. Look them up if you are not familiar with them.
Female terrors dont grow very fast as it is. The female i have/ had in my possession has probably only grown an inch or so in 6 months.
