Does anyone have a GT that twitches alot? Would being in a tank that is too small for him cause this? It is in a 75 gallon tank that is very well filtered. The water parms are right on. I am clueless on what this could be.

Before the wave of bigger tank come in it is getting a new 240 gallon home in a month.

Dont know it's sex. Of the 2 it is brightly colored. The other is kinda plain.

Thanks

Sorry Double posted.........

I would say it is definitely the dominant of the pair if brighter colored, and perhaps asserting its dominance over the other sub fish through the majesty of dance. Just kind of strutting its stuff.

and/or it could be internal parasites causing him to twitch, does he also rub up against things as if trying to scrape something off?

No not that I have noticed.

It is also very active, and friendly. My wife and I are able to hand feed, and it will jump am much as 1 1/2" out of the water for it's food. (Tho may not be the best thing to do teaching to jump)

Thanks
