Green Terror

Does anyone know where you find the "market value" of a Green Terror? I have one in my tank about 5in. long. It's a 45g. and he's not going to have a lot of breathing room with 7 other docile African Cichlids very soon.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this kind of question. My apologies if it's not.

$0-5 if your lucky from a lfs. $10 to a personal buyer, craiglist of whereever.

I payed R350 (south african rand) for mine that work out to about $60 but i have no idea what they are worth in the US.

well i would say 5 inch based on fine quality fish anywhere from 15 to 25 but for a lower grade fish maybe 5-10 bucks.

A store would charge you a lot more than $10 for a GT that size. Try finding a local buyer online if you can. That's rarely as easy as it should be though.

Thank you all for the information. I'll get some pics up here too. I really don't want to get rid of him but I know pretty soon he's going to get nasty with the african cichlids. If I had the money, I'd get 2 tanks and do a special setup for the Terror.

a nice full grown male if I would buy it from a LFS will run about 60 dollars in my area. I would say if its a nice male 15 to 20 dollars tops at five inches.
