Any fish like the green terror but less aggressive? Getting a 55 gallon and I want 1-2 big fish like the green terror and maybe some neon tetras, I think I'm stuck on the green terror look how much do they cost, and can I have 2 in a 55 gallon and I don't really like the bump but are femails less colorful?

Blue acara is the most similar, Yellow acara (Aequidens metae) is a good looking fish too. Some of the Krobia sp. fit well in a 55.
Blue acara is pretty much a smaller more peaceful version of the green terror without the bump on the head. Also, they are pretty readily available in most places and you can get them pretty cheap.
Hmm I still really like the green terror how about 1 green terror and a jack Dempsey or a green terror and a pretty school of fish
i have a terror and I've tried housing her with other fish to no avail.. she kills every other tank mate she has had.. i have tried pairing her with aggressive fish her size and she just pecks at them until they die 
needless to say she is a loner now lol
Oh and females are just as beautiful.. They are around 15 bucks for a 4-5" you don't wanna house more than one in a 55 unless you plan on going up to at least a 90 once they are bigger

friend... You should get one... They're pretty awesome fish to sit and just watch.. I'll take a pic of my tank when I get home.. Only thing is that everything in your tank is susceptible to destruction, so make it durable lol just let it rearrange its own tank lol
