Hi my green terror is floating at the top of my take and can' swim just sits there his colour is good don' know what' wrong with him he can't eat or nothing can anyone help me out

How long has the aquarium been setup?
What are your water parameters?
How much and how often do you do water changes?
Tank has been set up for a year I just got the fish from a friend 4 days ago and he started doing it about a day after I put him in the tank I got 2 gt he' the only one doing it
I have nothing to test water with atm what do I need to buy to test the water and he' been that way for 3 days now could it be swim bladder
If you don't have a test kit take a sample to your lfs to be tested for Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate and PH this is critical.
OK I will get a test kit I can try him out in my other tank see if that makes a difference
