Hi everyone, i have a 125 setup currently housing, x1 cuban x1 jewel x1 firemouth x1 convict x1 green terror x3 red tail chalceus and x1 synodintis catfish. Just wanted to know if green terror are considered aggressive. Mine seems ro be such a pushover. All fish are about 3-4 in. Also wouldn't mind opinions on the setup. Thanks.

Cuban and jewel is most aggressive in your tank. Convicts can be just as high. Chances are your GT will be on the bottom of that totem pole. GTs tend to be as aggressive as an oscar.

Cubans live in an area with no other cichlid competition and little resources, hence the reason for it being really aggressive. Have another tank ready when things don't workout because moving the decorations around won't help out that much with managing aggression, neither does growing up together.

that group seems safe ... i'm not sure about cubans , but everything else can co exist ... the chalceus will probably be the biggest challenge as they grow... they'll harass each other... that's pretty maxed out though.. i would watch for aggression and adjust as needed..

Your cuban is definitely going to attack the rest in due time. Agreed with what's said above...have an extra tank ready ?
