green terrors

hey guys,

new member here, i had my green terror tank, hoping to breed them, was wondering how many of you have green terrors? i think they are beautiful fish and they have been my favourite cichlid for years

I love GT use to have one for years, i got it as a gift with a tank that was to small for it and an oscar together. So i ended up moving them both to 55 LSS it was bad move they would fight like crazy and i ended up spliting them up with the green terror in the gifted tank and the oscar in the other

I think GT's have become my fav fish, they get nice and thick; the colour is second to none, and mine is quite inquisitive but not annoyingly so in the same way as other large cichlids.

Haven't experienced slow growth either, think they grow similar to JD's. Had mine for about 7 months now, pic below. Can only imagine how awesome he'd look even larger.

Stunning fish. I had one approx 5 inches in with a 2 inch oscar, fought like crazy and decided to sell the GT.
Wish i'd done the opposite now.
