Green Water

I have a 29g tank and the water stays a green color.I kept the lights off for a week did a 50% water changes.The only thing I did was remove my Fluval 305 and added 2 AC 50s on it.I am thinking I may be in a cycle if anyone can chime in and help me out I would be very thankfull.

Thats true but I never had a issue before and I have a turtle tank right across from that tank and it's crystal clear.I also have a 120g tank with 2 Pacu and a Pleco and the water is perfect.

Green water is caused by too much light and too many nutrients in the water.
