Dave welcome to APF. Post some more photos and we'll give you feedback. From this one photo I can tell you are shooting at "available light" and at a pretty wide angle. I recommend trying to get more light on the tank, as the shutter speed your camera is giving you is not enough. Also if you are not using flash, why use such an angle? Try shooting straight at 90degrees to the glass.
 
Welcome to APF. You're being quite ambitious in trying to photograph a whole shoal of fish. It's not a bad effort - but I hope we can help you to do better ;)
