I have just joined MFK ... with 5 Bettas, 2 cory Cats, 1 Clown Pleco, 2-4 Otocinclus (I think only 2 - had 4 but ...), and a family of Blue Platys (Momma, Daddy, and 8-12 children -- not knowing any better, I bought 2 prety silver-blue fish - found out later that they were livebearers - and I had one of each - so Mamma Nature did her thing. Everything was find until the teenagers started pestering the Betta I had in the same tank ... He is now in his own 2 gallon Waterhome-2 as are 2 of his 4 Betta-buddies. The remaining 2 are are 2 L Betta homes awaiting my purchase of 2 more 2-gallon tanks.
One of my 10-gallon tanks houses the Platy family and 3 albino Chinese Algae Eaters. The other houses the Clown Pleco, the Cory Cats and the Otocinclus.
I want to add to my second tank, but am not sure what I should buy. I am new to this hobby (first fish - 2 Bettas - purchased Feb 12, 2007), so I am open to any suggestions anyone can offer.
