was thoroughly surprised with the quality of beijing aquarium's freshwater section....

hundreds of aros, 8-10ft gigas, massive shoals of various specs....

yeah.....awesome to say the least! i was blow away with the size of this place.....and the quality of their displays.....

the arapimas were insanely large - the pics do not do justice for these guys.....thick, fat, HUGE.......

their sturgeon tank was equally impressive .... i am talking about 10-12 foot monsters that weighed over 600-800 lbs in my estimate......

absolute beasts!

i try to load/find some more pics of the place.......
