Hi

I am new to this forum. So, I will make a short introduction.

Right now, I am keeping killifish mainly Nothobranchius. They are 2"-4" fish with short lifespan of about 1 year. Therefore, I am thinking that it will be good if I can take pictures of them.

I just bought a Nikon D-70 with the kit len and I am saving up for a macro len.

Therefore, I would like to learn from you on taking good pictures.

Thank you.

Thanks for your warm welcome.

I was comparing canon and nikon SLRs for a long time and after some considerations, I chose D-70 finally because I believe it is good buy now. I like canon D-20 too. But it was out of my budget.

I will definitely snap some pictures of my killifish and post them here for comments in the near future. Right now, my pictures are not good. I need to get some strong light and try w/o the macro len. I guess ultimately macro is necessary as my hobby progresses :)
