I was into aquariums heavily when I was in college years ago. When I graduated and started working all over the country I was unable to maintain my hobby. At the time I didn't forsee any time in the future when I would be able to properly get back into it, so I gave all my stuff away to a dear friend that used it to create an in-the-wall aquarium in his families living room.
Now, 10 years later. I have the time to get back into it. In the past I was rasing and breeding Angels with much success. This time I want to crank it up a notch and start raising and breeding Discus.
After much discussion I have the Mrs on board for my project as well. I have a wall in my living room which I have been given blessings to use. My plan is still in the design and thought stage, but I'm looking at a 8 foot wide by 3 foot tall viewing window in a plywood tank. Naturally with goals like this I have found this site. After two days of viewing these forums I had to join.
