Hello everyone! Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
I am new to fish keeping... well, I guess not completely "new." After failing at it hard when I was younger, I'm giving it a go again now.
I don't have any of what you would call "monster fish"
but this forum looked very interesting, and I was inspired to join.
I am a 32 (33 in a couple days) year old stay at home mom. I got excited again about fishkeeping when I got a betta on new years day. And of course.. I needed more, right? I should have named him Ruffles, because they're like potato chips and you can't just have one.
So not even 2 weeks after I got the little blue guy and his own small tank, I of course wanted another! Finances/space/apartment rules only allowed me a 10 gallon in my current home; which I understand to be more of a challenge to keep balanced, but I have no interest in making the same mistakes I made years ago.
I look forward to learning new things here to help me make this venture a success.
