Here is the final destination of this entire sorry episode.

Continental Airlines has settled the claims for the 2 frozen shipments IN FULL along with the FREIGHT CHARGES.Below you will see the documents mailed to Cesar Vasldez...BADDFISH...on 1/27.Ivan Alfonso in Miami recieved his letter around the 29th so Cesar and Greg got theirs at the same time.
Guess what???These upstanding,Senoir members of the board have done nothing.
Greg still seeks to steal money from me KNOWING he is getting paid CASH for 100% of the frozen fish from the airline for the past 8 days.The charge-back on my account is still in effect and I had to cover it with my own funds so I could resume taking and sending payments.If for some reason they side with Greg-he gets double the amount he paid for the fish.
And as for Cesar,he did not pay one cent for the fish.They are mine and the balance of the claim in cash belongs to me.The airline paid for their error-he did not pay-ownership of the fish is still mine.
Here is the point to all of this.
I DEMAND the charge-back be lifted immediately.If my account is not cleared within 3 days,I will be contacting the district Attorney in Greg's region and pressing charges.And I have no problem flying to Chicago to make sure it is done.This is fraud pure and simple and has been all along.Go back to his last post regarding this and he says if the funds are paid he will stop the charge-back immediately.Well,it has been 8 days and counting and he has done nothing even after official notification.
I DEMAND payment in full from Cesar for the remaining dead fish that are mine and never paid for.That amounts to $265 more or less after Greg is paid his amount out of the settlement.It can't be sent back to the airline-don't go there-see the document.They paid and it either comes to me or it goes towards Cesar's new grill in the backyard.One way,we all know Cesar is either a man or...not a 4 letter word like he calls me,but a 5 letter word that we will all know him to be.It starts with T and ends in F...pure and simple.
I DEMAND a very public apology from these 2 for their behavior and the damage they tried to do to me and my business as well as the crass postings we have all had to live with.And I want the mea culpa's posted right here to go under this thread for all to see.
For the many minions who shoot garbage from your mouths about shipping proceedures and claims with the airlines-feel free to e-mail me directly with your apologies.Don't shout out about things you know nothing about.I know what can be done and I made sure these claims were going to be paid.I am a real importer and shipper-no a fly-by-night or weekend warrior who has no clout with the airlines. I protect my customers every time...all the time.
This post is going up on every major board and being PINNED for the world to see.There is no running away,guys.And it will stay here until I get what is rightfully mine and THE RIGHT THING IS DONE!!!!
