found my 5in. ebjd male stuck to the intake of an emperor 400 today, gasping. I freed him but he died shortly after. Ive had him more than a year since he was 1/2 in. .:(

they are expensive, must of been sick, the suction of the 400 isnt that stong for a fish to jsut swim by and get stuck..Sorry bro, was a gorgeous fish

I'm sorry to hear about the loss. I agree with Sabotage though, he was already sick or injured. He should easily be able to swim off the intake.

Dude thats a major Bummer, i lost my EBJD at the exact size, unexpectedly...mine stopped using the right side of his gills, the right side stopped moving and he died a few days after..

5" for many people is a hard size to get past.
