grocery store foods.

I have been feedingbloodworms and FD krill those two alone are about $15 a week.
so, what are good things i can feed from the grocery store? i already plan to pick up some beef heart.
i am feeding:
-dats
-P. Bass
-Bichirs
-SA cichlids
-catfish

I second the shrimp just make sure its uncooked and remove the shell and tail. All of my fish love it and it brings out there color, best part is its pretty cheap.

shrimp, prawns, mussles, clams, catfish, tilapia, seafood mix, beefheart, and sometimes turkey franks.
