ok, i need to cover some ground, and also some wood, what would you guys recomend for them, i wanna use something other than java fern on the drift wood, and possibly even somehting on my grapevine.

I can't recommend something for you unless you give some guidelines. What are you looking for in a ground cover?

I haven't got any(mainly because it's hard to get), but I want to get hemianthus callitrichoides, as far as I know it's not too difficult to keep. I've phoned several places around me, and looked online, but haven't been able to get any.
google image search it and you'll get some nice pics.

h.c. takes high light and co2 to really grow well. do you have these things?

well to cover large area's there are some sites that sell, microsword by the square foot, and that would look preety cool

There are many of the "clover" plants that are good for creating a carpeting of plants. This what you after?

yeah, im kinda looking for a cover/carpet thing, something that i can trim down easily with out it looking veired, micro sword looks wiered when trimmed, i like stuff like gloso, but i want somehting that spreads with runners like val does.

E. tenellus looks good, and spreads by runner. It will quickly take over your tank too.

Great prolific plant, had to keep the trimming though, grew a lot.
