You can buy 3-4" tinfoils at almost any petshop for ~10$

If you want to take the trip to NY, then check Beital's Aquariums in Pearl River, NY. They are a full aquarium service (custom tanks built on site etc.), not like your typical LFS. They had some 3"-8"+ tinfoil barbs when I went their last week so check it out.

yeah, i've gotten quite a few fish from here, not the nicest service but he has some great fish.
