growing cichlids question

i just bought a few new small fish and was wondering how fast they will grow 2" red empress, 1 1/2" red jacob and albino sunburst. These fish are in a 55g heres the stock
1 ahli 4"
1 blue dolpin 4"
1 sunburst 4"
1 acei 5"
1 female fire ob 3"
1 red empress 2"
1 albino sunburst 1"
1 red jacob 1"
1 gombie 2"
2 yellows pair 3" & 4"

I feed them 2x a day and do a big water change every 2 weeks. It has 2 filters 1 over the back 30/60 filter and 1 eheim canister filter

if you feed a lot...the red empress should grow reletively fast....and the peacock only slightly slower....but they speed up once they get past 1.5"
