hey my green seems like she is growing really slow has any1 got ideas of what i could feed her or something to get her 2 grow quicker
Thanks in advice

Greens are quite slow growing compared to Silvers, they are usually fast from the 10cm to 15cm mark but slow down. What are you feeding? You could try raw prawns and Hikari foodsticks. What tank size do you have it in also, as this could affect growth.

she is bout 13cm i feed her frozen bloodworm, hitcki foodsticks and sometimes feeder fish and she is in a 3 foot for now but im going to be moving her into a 4 foot pretty soon

Stop feeding with feeder fish and stick with raw prawns. keep the shell on the prawns and itll give the scales a better shine :). Also, do frequent water changes. The cleaner your water is, the faster the fish will grow.

My green is in a 160g and gets two feeds of hikari carnivore sticks and one of raw frozen [defrosted] shrimp and big water changes, and it growing like a weed. Cut the feeders and get a bigger tank, grow outs suck!

Hes got a point, get the biggest tank you can get, usually, people say theyll get a bigger tank as their fish grows, but in the end...they dont.

id get a bigger tank and so what the others said and cut the feeders amd just feed it shrimp and keep up with the water changes and it should grow fast

i agree, get a tank as soon as u can for its entire lifetime that way u dont have to transfer it around causing the aro to stress and dont feed feederfish
