Growing out some bocourti!

Just picked up 3 juvie herichthys bocourti. Can't wait to see these guys grow out.

Wish i had a tank large enough to house one of these guys. They are amazing looking fish.

very nice..they're a beautiful species. I'm growing one out myself in my 125. They grow fast and have a bottomless stomach. They'll eat to the point you think they're going to pop..almost look like one of those balloon goldfish (ok not really) and then the next day they almost look skinny and are back at the top of the tank begging for food. lol

I agree they will be stunning.
Took mine about 2 years to go from 2" in 150 gallon to needing to be moved to a 400 gallon kiddy pool.

I have Looked at getting Bocourti before, stunning fish keep us updated.

They are great fish I have one who is huge I mean not far off a dinner plate. when I got it, it was the size of a 50 pence (U.K.)

Mines actually a Cincelichthys bocourti
