Ive been meaning to post a growout thread on my group...Given they came into the country the same week my wife and I were moving into our new place, I had their tank setup and waiting at my moms.
Still havent brought them home as Im still setting up their new home...(Thread will come soon), but I visit them daily to make sure they are eating well, water changes etc.
They share their current home with some baby WC Rio Meta Orino's and some WC baby Guyana Ocellaris. They are eating frozen Bloodworms, chopped massivore, and FD shrimp. They are fed 3-4 times a day. With the exception of two days where I was out of town and were fed 2 each day...I guess they got used to the 4 feedings because I was missing a few Ocells and Orinos when I returned. While there sizes were comparable at first, the Xingus have really shot up in growth the last week. With one in particular who is now just at 3".
