Agreed. Imho steindachneri, while not as rare, looks better than pellegrini. The bean is looking good also.

Thanks everyone.
i have the pair of dovii in a 150 gallon tank. The rest are growing out in a 75 gallon tank. I am in the process of buying them bigger tanks for when they are ready to be moved. That Geophagus was sold as a pellegrini, thanks for letting me now what it really is. Where im from people arent the best educated fish stores.

I have a couple more growouts and will have pics posted later tonight.
