What should i feed to my africans to get them to grow faster. I have been giving them pellets and occasionally brine shrimp. The fry are on a strict diet of bbs. Is there anything else i could feed them that would help they grow faster?

I had a similar question about a week ago. Most of the feedback said to go with New Life Spectrum - Growth Formula (for the fry). I'm still waiting for mine to be shipped.
Other than diet, I would think doing very frequent water changes would also speed up their growth (I do 50% everyday).
For the adults you can go with NLS, or other brands. I really like Hikari Excel (strickly made for herbivorous african cichlids, contains tons of spirulla algae to brighten their colors. Pretty reasonable price. Can get at FosterSmith for $6.99 for 8.8 oz (1/2 lb) bag). [I'm actually emailing Petsmart every week to push them to sell Hikari Excel in stores; they currently sell it online at Petsmart.com @ $6.50 bag]. I also use HBH African cichlid attack. You can get this at Petsmart very cheap! You can get almost 2 lbs of pellets for $15.
