Growth on Gourami - Help anyone?

I have no idea what this is... it's making me worry so much... I didn’t resize the pix so make 'em large (i cropped it) its like a pimple thing, there is a white bit thru it... some of the white is starting to be exposed out of the skin...
He’s has it about 3 days now..


any help is greatly appreciated!

its a pimple? ive seen gouramis with this before. iono what it was but it went away after a while.

thats interesting... never scene that before. I thought pimples were infected hair follicles, so that rules that out. might be wrong though.
