Growth on lower lip

Anyone able to tell me what that is? It was a small growth on the inside of her lower jaw, then started to swell and then began to grow from the bottom part of her jaw.

It doesnt hinder her eating, but she cant close her mouth all the way.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Tried some new pics, hopefully they'll be a little clearer.

I am treating the tank with xtra strength melafix just to prevent the growth from becoming infected with a bacterial infection.

Again, any help is greatly appreciated.
