hey guys this is my mouth almighty and i noticed this on him today, one bit looks like a pimple, heres the best pictures i could get. I hope somebody can help.

Definately getting worse.
Yesterday i set up another tank and put him in there alone, i added "para-cide". He seems severely pissed off at me and just sits there in the same spot 
When i put him in the second tank yesterday it looked like a worm was poking out, could this be an anchor worm or maybe just an abrasion of the area from the net. I wish he would move somewhere where i can actually see how it is today
EDIT: just got a good look and it kind of looks like a worm, but now it seems to be inside the lump more.. lump is getting bigger and this worm looks blackish. Do you think it would be safe to try and pull it out at this stage?

give it a couple more days to see if it really is a worm, coming out.
keep it medicated, higher temps, and I would try with one table spoon of salt per 5 gallons.
