growth rate of parachromis

hey peeps, i`ve never kept parachromis so i`m just wondering about the overall growth rate of these guys.

also, at what size do they become sexually mature

oh ya, do these guys interbreed easily. i want to put a question mark, but the button on my keyboard just makes these. É and é. this sucks

my jag grew from 3" to 7" and thick in 3 mos and thats on a pellet diet...

My jag and dovii grew about an inch a month up to about 11" then slowed down. I haven't kept the others..

i have doviis...and freddies..know and have had red tigers and jags in the past and they all grow really fast keep them in the largest tank possible and use a healthy diet...and clean the tank often and you will see rapid growht..

My Loisellei somewhat fast. About 1/2" a month. But that was until he hit about 7". His growth has slowed down a lot since the 7" mark.

He keeps putting the moves on the female Jaguar that's in the tank with him.
They haven't spawned yet and I dont know if they will. She was a proven producer with a Male Jaguar.
So I know she has in the past. THey lip lock and flare up and tail slap. But no eggs that I have seen.
