Any one know whats the growt rate of a silver ? do they slow down at like 12" like their asian counterparts ?

Average growth for a silver is 1 to 1.5" per month until they are 24-25". At that point the growth slows to 1-2" per year.

This is an average, so some may grow slower, some quicker.

thanks bderick and twin ;) I finally realise that asian and silver arowanas growth rate is different lol

yeah as Brian said silvers grow 1"-1.5" per a month, mine HS silver grew from 5"-20" in like 10 months-1 year

how to tell is its hs or snow or wtv ? mine is like realy red in the fins and nice sorta colourfull scale reflection-ness near the end of the tail.anything special ? lol

does a HS have any normal silver arowana colours like the reddish fish ? is mine any special from the way i described it 8D

high shine dont have red fins, can have very faded light pink or no color at all
