What I have is 2 oscars and one carpinits and 1 jag how fast will they grow in a 125gal. Most of them are around the 2.5in

Theres are factors that play into growth rate - Sex M or F, Alpha status in the tank, Alpha status within the species(genetics) , over all health, and varients within species - but with all things being equal meaning 3 Dom. Males within' the 1st year - Texas first to hit the 6" mark than growth slows greatly, Oscar first to hit the 10+" mark and very robust, Jag steady growth rate of 1/2" to 3/4" per month will probably be around 8-10" after end of 1st year.

Why well a diet of bloodworms and NLS and other goodies these guys should grow quick thanks

yeah all of these guys are fast growers so with good diet and clean water should all be around 8in (for the tex) and larger within a year. but like stated other things like dominance status in the tank also play a huge role in growth rate
