Growth Rate On a Retic?

Hi im looking on getting one of those rubbermaid 300 things. And i want to know how much time i have. He is 8.5in i will start looking and buy the rubbermaid at 10in. how long will this take? i feed him earthworms and blood worms. I feed at least two time a day try to mix it up but if i only feed one food group its bloodworms. Thanks.
