I was kid of wondering about how long does it take and how old do bichirs get when they are their full size or hit at least 15-20".

Well it depends on a lot of things...

Species, Diet, Water Conditions, Tank Size, Temp...and how often they are fed..

what would be an ideal set up to get the most size and color out of your bichirs tank temp how often should i feed what to feed.

Well for larger species of Bichirs..

a 6x3x2 or bigger would be ideal..

Colour would depend upon thier surroundings..

Diet - Pellets, Silver Sides, Crickets, Mealworms, Prawns, etc.. There's a lot of things you can feed them..

And you can feed them 2 times a day or every second day..

well in my 125 i have 1xendli 11-12" 3xornates two are 13-14+" the other one is 10" 1xweeksii 10" 1xlapradie 10" i feed them a little bit of every thing krill beef hart pellets feeder roses and got some silversides going to try those later today its just that the weeksii dosent seem to eat anything else other than the feeders.

I just got my Nigerian Senegallis at about 2.5-3", so I guess he will be out of his growout tank real fast then.

Don't feed feeders. Feed 80% Carnivore pellets, also shrimps, krill, beefhearts etc etc.
