my midas has a couple of growths on her tail that im unsure about. there is now another one appearing on the other side of her tail. sorry for the blurry pics.

the progression is too slow for fungus, its too large and not rampant enough for ich and it doesnt appear to be contagious but it is spreading. its growth is slow. ive never encountered this before with any of my fish.
i have no other amphilophus species in the tank so transfer shouldnt be an issue if it is Lymphocystis which seems to fit the bill.
if it is Lymphocystis then should i let tubby get on with her life and try to fight any secondary infections that may occur or humanely euthanise her now to save suffering later?
