ok im really liking my juvi guppys that are in my oscars tank.. soon i may ( when i get settled and a decent job ) get a 20 gallon JUST for guppys! ( of course get some corys to! )
just watch craigslist for a used tank. much cheaper startin out that way. but if you buy new i would suggest a 20 long as well. great tank for breeding live bearers. but you should know that being the livebearerfreak lol
20 long is such a great tank. It's the perfect first planted tank, and is big enough that quite a few species can be kept in it, unlike a 10 gallon. Another cool tank size is a 40 gallon breeder. And I just got a 33 long that is totally ridiculous, 4 feet long, 1 foot wide, 1 foot tall. A short 40 gallon long, which is a really short 55 gallon.
When you have the time and while the weather is still nice you should check out some flea markets.I always find great tank deals at the ones around here.
