I have 6 pcs green spotted puffers thier size are about 1.5 inches. My problem is they dont seem to other eating the ramshorn snail that i put in the tank. what should I do?

The only snails mine would eat were pond snails. They never touched the baby rams horn snails I would put in the tank. BTW don't feed MTS (Malaysian Trumpet Snails) they'll break thier teeth. If your looking for a good food to control the growth of their teeth, feed them crayfish. Just remove the pincher part of thier claw. I had two GSPs that would team up and devour a full grown cray fish in about 3 mins.

maybe they dont know its food yet. try smaller ones so they can fit it in their mouth... mine wont eat any snail that it cant grasp and hold up.

Rule of thumb is to feed snails as large as their eye. You may have to crush them, to get the puffers to eat them at 1st. What are you going to do with 6 GSPs? You'll need 180g tank to house all those when they are 6" adults.

for now i feed them meal worms, ghost shrimp, crickets. i bought six coz i want to choose among them who is the more active or lively fish which means its just temporary, then i might sell the 4 pcs to people who will take good care of them

ill take good care of them, i got one very happy little guy and be happy to add some others to the list

dude i live in the philippines, not the usa.

I hope you find good homesd for them. Mealworms are not a good food for them--they are very fatty & the puffers cannot digest their outer skin (chiton).

Here is a good list of PUFFERFOODS
