Gsp fin damaged :( any help?

I have a green spotted puffer and he is hurt on his back fin. He’s in a hospital tank by him self and he has clean water with some all in one remedy medication to stop bacteria and fungus I added salt to the aquarium too is there anything else I can do for him to heal better?

Keep separated. Make sure it’s eating. Water is pristine. Keep an eye as u’ve already added meds.

I personally would have put the GSP in a bare bottom aquarium to make cleaning up waste easier. Keep the water in pristine condition and GL with the GSP.
