Have you ever seen this kind of behavior in fish? I'm wondering what this could be.

Check out the vid. It's easy to spot the one swimming off kilter.
Other than having a dark belly, and sleeping on his side, he doesn't seem to feel ill. . He eats well, takes interest in his environment, even took part in last Sundays live craw-fish massacre.
My guess is a brain tumor.
Any ideas or suggestions?
THANKY!

Air bubble or a blockage is what I'm leaning towards.

First off what parameters are you keeping these GSP??? Fresh / Brackish / Marine???

Also how long have you had them for?

Need a bit more basic info to really help...

Brackish gs .015. Parameters are all normal .0 185 gal
Walmart rescues, theyre 2-3 years old. 10 puffs and 1 placo,

Does he always lean to his right side only???

Coz i have a few guesses i want to throw out there...

1. Maybe something is wrong with his sight in one eye so he looks out the other one more?

2. Hes possibly keeping an eye out for the dominant puffer in the tank??? (Guessing this based on dark bellies sometimes meaning they are stressed)

3. Possible swim bladder problem developing???

I was told by the "puffer queen" that puffs dont have a swim bladder.
his eyes look normal.
Everyone is respectful of each other, no bites or other signs of bullying. He's one of a family that look like cyann puffs, so he's top of the pecking rder when it comes to meal time.
He's still doing the listing, but otherwise seems ok.
I wonder if I should try holding him under water in a face up postion and rubbing his belly t dislodge a bubble?
Thanks for your suggestions!

Oh i forgot about the air-bubble possibility, although when my old congo had that problem there was an obvious buldge in the stomach area as well as difficulty staying up right...

But i do admit after a gentle message the buldge turned into a burp that released the air inside...
