Hey guys, got a quick question if anybody could help me out.

I have 2 Green Terrors that are about 6". I am pretty one is male and the other is female. Right now the male is constantly harassing the female whenever he can find her. She eats fine and everything, but has some very minor fin damage.

If I were to remove the female would the male GT turn his aggression towards another fish? What are your opinions? Thanks.

BTW- the tank is a 120, footprint= 60 X 18

Give it a shot, we could only guess. I would say maybe he would still be an ass. A lot of fish pester their own kind more than other types of fish.

well my dad has a 6" GT which was being just like yours except he is a male same as yours but with no female, he was constantly chasing the others around and beat the crap out of one of his niacarguas to the death so he removed it and put it on one of his smaller african tanks for a couple of mins then it had his female krib hanging out of its mouth so we then moved it in with my breeding pair of jags well my jags starting hammering on him so we added a divider. next day i come home from school and find my jags have broken through the divider so the GT could only go back in to my dads bigger tank. he is still in there now and still as aggressive.... even though my jags :owned: him.... he still flairs at me when i go near the tank although he seems to have calmed a little over the last day or so i guess they live up the name "TERROR" lol.
