GT and how many cons in a 75?

Hi everyone,

Well, it's official, I'm getting a 75g tank soon. I've been considering two stocking options....

#1) Several marble convicts (male only)-- I have about 100 fry growing right now and I'd pick out the best looking ones to keep

#2) Green Terror, and marble cons. If I choose this option, how many cons could I keep in the 75g with the GT? Once again, I'd probably choose all males.

go for around 5 cons make sure there all the same sex

I had a GT and a breeding pair of cons in my 75g for a while. It got crowded in a hurry. Male cons tend to be pretty aggressive, especially when they get larger. GT's can be pretty aggressive too. Both my GT and con were large males. They did quite a bit of facing off. It's a crap shoot.

Hmm ok. I think I may just start out with the male con I have and his fry, then remove all but the ones I want to keep. If I'm not satisfied with that setup then I'll consider the GT. Thank you!
