Here is my 2.25" Gold Saum (which I think is a male). He is very active and eats a nice variety of foods (NLS, Hikari Gold, Algae wafers, and 1 x weekly frozen bloodworms). My question is, do male GT's look this light in color at this size? As he matures, will his colors become more pronounced/darker? This is my first GT, so I apologize if these are simplistic questions. Thanks!

Substrate and lighting can also effect colors typically lighter substrate lightens them up some also different lights bring out different colors. He is still small as colors change some with age.
