GT Hole in head?

I noticed when i got home today that my GT has a spot on his head. looks like a scale came off. not sure if he cut it on a branch or if its hole in the head. only tank mates are a place and 3 small bala shares that are much smaller then him. what do you think? If hole in head, how do i cure?

He more than likely scraped his head, but keep close watch on it.

It’s a scrape. HITH usually doesn’t start out with holes that large. Keep an eye on him though.
